This photographic print documents the momentous installation of The Wall Composed of 13,000 vividly colored oil barrels, the installation stretched wall-to-wall inside the vast cylindrical structure, creating a dazzling mosaic of industrial color and scale. The combined structure weighed 300 tons. The image captures the overwhelming scale and abstract power of the work, with viewers dwarfed by the monumental expanse of repeating circles.
The work is professionally framed in a custom white wooden frame, hand-made in The Netherlands, with Plexiglas® Optical HC, offering UV protection, scratch resistance, and minimal reflection.

Christo (1935 - 2020) and Jeanne-Claude (1935 - 2009) were celebrated for their ambitious environmental installations that temporarily transformed public spaces and architecture around the world. Their projects often took decades to plan and were characterized by their impermanence, self-funding, and large-scale use of industrial materials. Their best-known works include The Gates in New York s Central Park, Wrapped Reichstag in Berlin, and The Pont Neuf Wrapped in Paris.
