This hauntingly powerful silkscreen by legendary Swiss artist H.R. Giger, captures the intense psychological atmosphere and biomechanical surrealism that made Giger world-famous.

Hand-numbered in white pencil lower left

Printed in vivid reds and shadowy blacks, the work presents a dark, humanoid figure—half human, half alien—whose skeletal, claw-like hand is raised contemplatively before its face, exuding menace, mystery, and introspection.

Professionally framed, in a custom handmade black wooden frame, with high-quality Plexiglas® Optical HC, for visual clarity and protects the delicate print.
Size framed approx. 97 x 69 cm

H.R. Giger (1940–2014) was one of the most influential visual artists of the late 20th century. Best known for designing the xenomorph in Ridley Scott’s Alien, for which he won an Academy Award, Giger pioneered the “biomechanical” art movement. His work fuses organic and mechanical imagery in disturbingly beautiful ways, exploring themes of birth, death, eroticism, and transformation. Today, his art is held in major museums and celebrated in institutions like the H.R. Giger Museum in Gruyères, Switzerland.
